Australia

Standard Tracked Courier: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Standard shipping has a $9.95 base fee, waived when the whole basket’s product total is $200 or more after discounts.

Regional delivery adds $15; remote delivery adds $30. Only one destination supplement applies per order.

Cushions and blankets add $5. Sheets and Snowy Cabin duvet-cover sets add $10. Only the highest applicable bulky supplement applies once per order, not per item or added together.

These supplements remain when the base fee is waived. Final charges are shown at checkout. DHL Express is charged separately; see our Shipping details page for eligibility, charges and delivery estimates.

Standard Tracked Courier: A$9.95, with estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges

Additional shipping charges may apply to bulky items. Available delivery options and the total shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. All prices on this store are in Australian dollars.

Delivery times and tracking

Orders are shipped from New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates, rather than guarantees, and do not include order processing time. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to courier or customs delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.

Order cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled. Approved cancellations incur the payment provider’s transaction fees plus an A$5 admin fee.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand), as applicable.
