FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What material are your Christmas jumpers made from? Our Christmas Jumpers are made from premium knitted acrylic for a soft touch and feel — you won't want to take them off.

2. What material are your Christmas PJs made from? Our Christmas PJs are made from 95% bamboo and 5% spandex. Buttery soft and perfect for bed.

3. What is your sizing like? Our sizing is standard Australian and New Zealand sizing. We suggest choosing the size you would usually. Please refer to our size guide for garment measurements.

4. How do I wash my Christmas products?

Christmas Jumpers Cold machine wash, delicate cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not wash jumpers with LED lights — spot wash only.

Christmas PJs Cold wash separately, gentle cycle. Hang dry. Do not bleach. Cool iron on reverse side only.

5. When will your Christmas 2026 range be available for purchase? We have some festive new products currently in production. Please join our waitlist and you will be notified once these are available for purchasing.

6. How long does delivery take? Australia Standard Tracked Courier 3–5 Business Days.

7. Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is packed you will receive an email with your tracking information.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

9. Do you offer corporate or bulk orders? Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information.
