1. What material are your Christmas Sweaters made from?

Our Christmas Jumpers are made from 100% premium acrylic. 

2. What material are your Christmas PJs made from?

Our Christmas PJs are made from 95% bamboo jersey and 5% premium spandex and are buttery soft. Perfect for bed. 

3. What is your sizing like?

Our sizing is standard Australian and New Zealand sizing. We suggest choosing the size you would usually. Please refer to our size guide for garment measurements.

4. How do I wash my Christmas sweater?

Cold machine wash, delicate cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not wash Christmas Jumpers with LED lights, spot wash only.

5. When will your Christmas 2024 range be available for purchase?

We have some festive new products currently in production. Please join our waitlist and you will be notified once these are available for purchasing.

6. How long does delivery take?

Standard Tracked Courier 7-10 Business Days.

DHL Express Courier 2-5 Business Days.

7. Do you ship Worldwide?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
