*Please note we will do our absolute best to get orders delivered within the service standard they are sent in. Our service standard is not a guarantee and orders which are not delivered within this desired time-frame are not automatically eligible for a credit. We will do our best to get orders to you as soon as possible but due to the current Covid situation please understand there may be delays outside our control and your order may not make it in time for Christmas.
We do not refund customers for delayed items, unfortunately delivery is simply out of our control and we still incur costs for having moved the item.

At Christmas Jumpers AU we are so fussy on getting things absolutely perfect and are super confident that you will be 100% happy with our products. However, from time to time issues can arise, so we will make sure you as our customer are satisfied.
- If your item/s is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of any damage and we will happily replace the item/s. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving.
- Your item/s will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained. If item/s have been worn, a refund will not be issued.
- Buyer must cover shipping costs to and from for exchanges and for change in size.
- Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pre-order items. When a pre-order is placed, we have reserved this item for you. Please choose carefully.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
- Returns must be received within 15 days of you receiving your items.
- We have a no refund policy on items returned after Christmas.
- Please ensure all returns are sent via tracked courier. We do not issue refunds on missing items.
